Lyn Roseaman - Research Director Lyn has 18 years’ experience in market research. She joined Synovate in 1999 from MORI in London where she was a Partner and specialised in Leisure, Travel & Tourism. In 2003, Lyn transferred from Synovate in Central/Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa to the company’s office in Germany. Lyn graduated from the University of Strathclyde in 1985 with an MSc in Leisure and Tourism. She has undertaken many studies involving attitudes to service provision, communications and delivery for a range of leisure, arts, heritage, sports and tourism organisations, including leading museums and galleries, theatres, cinemas, travel agents, tour operators, airlines, ferry operators, fuel providers, distributors and applicants for funding, and sporting bodies. Examples of clients include the British Council, Supreme Commission for Tourism (Saudi Arabia), European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Compass Group, global fmcg companies, The Imperial War Museum, The National Gallery, the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Tate Gallery (Britain and Modern), the Royal Academy of Arts, Heritage Lottery Fund, the Arts Council, York Castle Museum, Society of London Theatre, FA, Wembley, National Stadium in Cardiff, British Airports Authority (BAA) at Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted Airports, Manchester Airport, British Airways, Thomas Cook, P&O. At Synovate, Lyn directed single- and multi-country studies in audience definition and communications, brand equity and strategy, corporate image, new site development and market entries. Lyn’s approach is always to look for new and challenging ways of doing things and this very often results in new and unusual insights into issues and problems. She is widely published and has spoken at many conferences. Lyn speaks English, French, German, and studied Greek during her time in Cyprus. She is a full member of the British Market Research Society.
